Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP) Eligibility Requirements:

A candidate should have a minimum of one year of full-time work experience for the job
The candidate should have a full-time and non-seasonal job offer from an identified employer belonging to the Atlantic province
Carrying a high school diploma, post-secondary certificate, or degree is a must for immigration through AIPP in Canada

Requirements for Canada Express Entry

The Canada Express Entry Immigration Program manages the Applicants for Permanent Residence under the following Programs:

Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)

It offers permanent residence to skilled professionals who can contribute to the Canadian economy.

Eligibility:

Skilled work experience of at least 1 year, in the last ten years
The candidate must meet the language requirement set by the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB).
Education Credential Assessment approved degree, certificate or a diploma should also be presented.

Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)

It enables experienced tradesmen and their families to become permanent residents of Canada to address the labor shortage in trades occupation.

Eligibility:

Valid employment offers from up to two employers in Canada for a period of at least one year, or Certificate of Qualification from a territory or province of Canada.
Proof of English or French language proficiency is required.
Two years of qualified work experience in the skilled trade sector in the last five years

Canadian Experience Class program (CEC)

It allows people with Canadian work experience to become permanent residents.

Eligibility:

The candidate must have at least a year of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last three years. Full-time work experience or equivalent part-time experience.
The candidate must meet the required language levels as described by the Canadian Language Benchmark.
The candidate must plan to live outside the province of Quebec

The time required for the issuance of a permanent residence visa through the express entry immigration program is around 6-12 months, from the date of submission of the Express Entry profile.
The Express Entry profile remains active in the pool of candidates for 12 months if the candidate is not invited to apply. After 12 months, if the candidate is still not selected, they are welcomed to resubmit their profile and remain in the pool. To break it down further:
Upon issuance of the ITA, the candidate has 90 days to provide the requested immigration documents.
After receiving the complete application, the immigration authorities process the permanent resident visa in less than six months.
