- Invest in government-approved real estate projects in the country with a minimum value of €250,000-€450,000 to qualify for Montenegrin citizenship.
The minimal property investment factor is determined by the property’s location. When purchasing property in an underdeveloped region of Montenegro, total capital requirements must equal €350,000, while in a developed zone of Montenegro, total capital requirements must equal €550,000.
