Be nominated by a State or Territory Government

Applications are by invite only. To be invited to apply, you must:

Submit a letter of interest
Be over the age of 18 and under the age of 45 at the time the invitation is issued
Meet the general Skilled Migration requirements, which include English language, health, and character checks
Be able to score at least 65 on the points test

Your partner
Your partner's dependent child
Your partner's dependent relative

Stay in the state or territory where you were nominated for at least two years
Keep the state or territory informed of any address changes
Fill out surveys and provide information when prompted
